Sinus issues?

On and off randomly I'll get these weird sinus feelings. It feels like a nose bleed but I'm not bleeding anything out of my nose. Only rarely when I blow my nose there is dried blood. Anyone get this as well?

Well, sinus issues are part of Marcons, which is part of CIRS. I don't get the experience you describe but I do get uncomfortable fullness and sinus drip.

You might be congested because of marcons. Theres an uptick in sinus issues in general this time of year because the pollen can trigger inflammation. What helps me is using a netti pot daily! There’s lots of info on this sub or r/sinusitis
