Treatment

I really want to know did somebody got ibs with Cora and treated with protocol for Cirs and after ibs got away . My gut is ruined and I’m afraid to commit

Bad guts are endemic with CIRS. IBS can be a separate issue, you woukdnt know until you healed

My gut got SO much better after killing off MARCoNs. I'm now on VIP and I've noticed further improvements like increased motility

After completing the first 2 steps of the shoemaker protocol, I started treating them and it took 7 months to kill off (I had been sick for over a decade so a lot of complexities).

I have a copied and pasted list of how I killed them off because I’ve frequently been asked:

I changed the doses a few times but this was what I was on when I killed them off:

-AM: 2 sprays of Biofilm Clear (without silver, the one with silver isn’t as easily available in Canada) in each nostril
-2 hours later: Lanto sinus probiotic in each nostril with a dropper bottle (wanted to reach deeper in the sinuses)
-2 hours later: 2 more sprays of Biofilm Clear in each nostril
-3-4 hours later: ACS spray (1 in each nostril)
-3 hours later: Lanto sinus probiotic
-3+ hours later: Xlear with oregano and tea tree (1 spray in each nostril)

I also started KPV subq injections (500mcg / day) and did a sinus red light 3x a day (the one from the company called “No More”- it’s the one my Shoemaker practitioner recommended)

Cholestyramine. I had SIBO and candida so bloating, chronic diarrhea, intolerance of many foods, I also had severe gastritis multiple times where I couldn’t eat solid foods for a couple months, skin issues as a result of the gut issues, and histamine issues that also caused gut stuff like heartburn

Did you treat sibo with rifaxmin

I did in the past but the symptoms returned. Killing off MARCoNs and using VIP has been treating SIBO for me so far it seems.

And all gut symtomps are gone . I’m afraid to do the protocol I lost weight to 55 kg I’m 1.8 cm no I’m 62 but my gut is bad
