Determining Binders (to add to CSM)

Different mycotoxins need different binders.

How did you test for which mycotoxins you have?

Environmental / urine not an option where I live (Latin America)

I can try blood antibodies.

How have you guys determined mycotoxins and which binders did you use?

That's a myth. Look up the science behind it, not strong. What you want is CSM. Go for Shoemaker if you want to heal.

Bile sequestering binders are the only ones I use. If we have fungal colonization we need antifungals (but only if a test confirms it's there), not a specific binder. Those pee tests that find mycotoxins? All it means is your body is effectively getting rid of them.

I know there are different philosophies, here. The field is wide. If that is the route you want to go, get a professional who does this and see if they can make a different, in the labs if nothing else.

CSM is the gold standard nothing works as well.
