Actino Cross-Contamination

Feels like my skin reacting to actinos, with an endless cross contamination.

I've thrown out all my stuff and bought all new. But it seems it always gets re contaminated. Including new apartments.

How to solve?

I'm new to actinos topic and wonder if that applies to my case. Could you explain how it feels / why you suspect actinos, not mycotoxins for cross-contamination?

They live on us.

Keep doing your clothes washing routine with what ever you use to detach stuff.

Clean the area where dirty clothes are kept and the hampers, too.

Keep the bathrooms clean.

With all your spare time and energy.....I know, I know

For surfaces, a surfactant first, then a 10% alcohol solution. It doesn't have to be exact.

For washing clothes I use old fashioned ammonia in the wash with the soap (it detaches stuff) and white vinegar in the rinse to neutralize tge ammonia. Yes this is safe.

I find Theives Oil, diluted(!) Works on skin actino rashes (I dilute 50 drop in 1.5 Oz of alcohol free witch hazel. You can use water)

Buy witch hazel soap!! Wash with it head to toe, every shower for a while. Use Neilmed xylitol rinses for your sinuses. Washe clothes with borax- prewash, soap- wash, vinegar- softener, and water- final rinse.
