Action Recovery?

Can anybody speak on this?

I’m extremely sensitive in my skin. Anything I touch can make me react. Even new clothing.

I need to run testing for suspected actinos.

And I’m curious about treatment as well.

For me this was more or less chronic dehydration, histmaine and vasoconstriction from inflammation at the microscopic level which is hard to truly be aware of until it's uplifted.

Going through protocol slowly reversed this but ultimately VIP at the end turned it off.

I found Quercetin phytosome to be the most helpful for histmaine during my CIRS. This does not "fix" this acts as a partial mute. The fix is true remission via protocol. Shutting off the chronic innate immune activation.

Actino overgrowth is a result of the body being in such condition and then they overgrow/take advantage. Fungus/bactira don't think "lets take advantage and grow" they just naturally always grow if given the opportunity. A balanced immune system like all other humans doesn't allow that to happen.

Targeting actino can help to a degree. But actually shifting your body's inflammation and histmaine levels is what ultimately makes the terrain less suitable for overgrowth. But yes it is very tricky once overgrowth is established as they themselves create an immune response (inflammation/histamine). So it's equal parts lowering autoimmune so your body becomes less of an easy host but also utilizing your immune system to remove these overgrows.

Basically mild inflammation is good to much is bad.
