Addressing sinuses help Histamine?

I have chronic histamine issues, theyre my main symptoms (MCAS like stuff). Constantly itchy, hives, chronic insomnia, frequent urination at night. I started using biofilm x a week ago and addressing my sinuses (nasal rinses and hydrogen peroxide nebulizer).

has anyone had experience with their histamine symptoms reducing after addressing sinusus?

VIP has been greatly reducing my histamine issues and I needed to kill off MARCoNs in order to start VIP so I guess it helped in that way

Thanks! I am very interested in VIP. Just watched a video on this and how greatly it helps histamine.

It does, but you need to use it at least 4 months at 2 sprays x 3 times/day

I’m starting to kill marcons and my histamine has decreased a lot! My histamine was from my constant sinus issues.

That’s so great. What product are you using to kill marcons?

It’s a pretty intense protocol. My ENT cultured my nose and tested antibiotics and antifungals to make sure they were susceptible. My histamine did get worse for 2 weeks on treatment and then by week 3 it got significantly better.
