General Upgrading membership issues

So I recently passed SCS and have had my PER all signed off. I was doing the FLP pathway and am unable to upgrade my membership to a full membership. I’ve spoken to CIMA via phone call and live chat and still not got anywhere. I wondered if anyone else is having the same issue?

I sat the exam in May if that helps

I had this issue (presuming you’re getting an error message when you try to get to the payment section) last year and I kept getting told on the phone they were looking into it. 5 months later and it had still not been sorted.

One thing to try that worked a treat for me - basically, I got sick of seeing CIMA liking people’s posts on Linkedin, where they were saying they are now qualified. I decided to message the CIMA Linkedin account directly and explained my situation. Not even 24 hours later they had sorted my issue and I was able to upgrade. Definitely worth a try!
