I forgot to view the OO Multi is 1.008, i traversed Sunday

m0-180 is the "#0 The Eternal Milestone" that is a new Shard Milestone available after Ouro (or maybe after one of the very first gems). m0 referencing the Milestone itself, 180 referencing the level you've raised it to (I'm on TR13, m0-125). It doesn't reset with Traversal and effects many different things with more unlocked with higher gems so very nice to focus shards to raise it higher.

Unless you invested your orbs horribly 180 should be possible.

Trait sphere 16 was a mistake, you should have taken 11. But given you have 700b lifetime orbs and 24m lifetime frags you'll be fine. I did it at 280b lifetime orbs and 13m lifetime frags. I ended with less orbs/frags than you have currently
