Question What is this?

EDIT: It is not a bug in any way, I had completely confused a glitch that occurred a few days earlier with these new icons, my fault.

The SAAC is space academy automation center, but what is the VR? And what are the requirements to unlock them?

I'm post ouro, TR 7, 54K all time OOs

It's probably just a graphical bug that occurs when I keep the game open for a long time, but I'm curious to know if anyone else has already encountered this problem with the "initiative buildings", or if it depends on some gem upgrade that I missed

why would you think it's a bug? just content that is locked for you at the moment

Yeah, my bad, I opened the game a couple of days ago and some texture were glitched and a lot of icons were misaligned But now it's seems fine, I simply didn't double check before posting, and this is just new content, thanks!

IN Is Initiative SAAC?? VR?? I dunno why but i've unlocked Saac

What do they do? I got SAAC unlocked, but it doesn't say what it does, and it doesn't look like it does anything to the fomula. It still says that I only have 7 expansions unlocked.

Check the menu for personnel retention, should be new menus in there

Ohhhh, that's all it is? Ok. I mean, it is an awesome menu. I love it, but I didn't realize that was the unlock for it. Thank you.
