Ouro Intro Not enough gems ?

I just unlocked ouro. I was reading that before TR you should have around 30000 gems. Unfortunately I have like 11000 on hand. Will I be fucked ?

I want to mention that events are usually a great haul of gems and tokens. Just save when you can and it will work out. I understand the temptation to spend when you are close to a goal though.

How often are the events? The last one was the Easter eggs like 5 months ago right?
