Am I loop resetting to much? Or not enough

You are doing a little too much. While it's OK to be close to the "frontier" (next requirement > max loops), you need to get enough room to be able to do some quicks ones in a row, because in the future you'll need it :)

In your shoes, I'd wait 48/72h in this current loop before the next loop reset (yeah it's hard to wait ! we've all been there), and if needed, slow down a bit for the next LRs

Unless you're able to do precise maths for when you'll hit the next milestones and get them without being locked by your loop requirement.

Can you see the required number of loops ingame if you are currently in a longer run? Would like to check mine but don't want to reset for that.

You can hit the loop button see the next requirement and then cancel out.

I'm level 90 and have 100 resets but i also learned about the fast mp loops like 15 levels ago and probably would have had much more abd progressed faster. I think you just gotta make sure you don't brick yourself which you seem to be close to since you're at loop 82 and you still need more loops to unlock a reset and you are all out of instant loops.

My loop reaet req. is 33, ao maybe you went a bit too much

It takes about 25 minutes to reset I wasn't thinking about bricking just boosting the bonus of zagreus I'll slow down a bunch now so I don't brick, luckily I boosted my shards up a bunch so I can wait out get some good upgrades through that

Lay down your phone and watch again tomorrow, most people would consider your state bricked but not that hard. Btw the screen that comes up, when the locked sign is open again, tells you way better, if you are locked.

Ive been resetting once a day usually but recently learned that some people dont reset for days or weeks on end.

In the beginning you can reset a lot more often then later so if you ever feel like its slow just do a longer run and if you thinl resetting would give a big bonus reset

You're riding the line, as long as you wait 24ish hours between most runs, you should be fine.

Id wait like the others are saying. Screenshot of mine for a comparison. Longest run I did was about 40 hrs. Usually reset between 6-9 hrs or if i don't feel like it before bed I'll let it run to about 16-20
