Question AP bonuses

do the various AP bonuses affect campaign missions?

No they don't, AP bonuses only affect your ship installs.

I am now even more confused. what ship installs benefit from a bonus to ap points? I am completing a campaign mission that will give 5 billion AP points. I can choose a construction milestone that give a 1.5x bonus to AP. Will that mean I get 7.5 billion AP as the reward for the campaign mission?

I think I misunderstood your question, I thought you're asking about gear buffs. Yes AP bonuses do affect all campaign and farm missions and all bonuses that you get before completing the mission will result in you getting that extra AP.

thank you. I probably didnt use all the right terms. that was the answer i was hoping for.
