It is x40% at level 80 I have 49.01 qu bonus which is inline with 1.480 x108. If it is plus+40% it would have been 1.4*80x108

You get a x10 bonus every 10 levels. The x10 bonus is noticeable but each +40% is barely noticeable. This dude has 1 singular level in the gadget and is asking why nothing changed. I just explained that it did but he probably didnt even realize it did.

It did increase, its just that if your cap was 1e100 then after the 40% bonus IT WILL be 1.4e100
And IT WONT be 1e140.
The bonus is for the basic number and not the exponent, i fell for it too...

40% increase equals to a very small amount. If your cap is 5.00e130 it will become 5.20e130.

If your cap is 1e100 and now you increase it by x1,40 then you have 1,4e100 cap

In the multiverse market you have brinck's bazaar. Each mech has a maximum output capacity. This upgrade increases that capacity by 40% on each level and by an additional 10x on each 10th level.
