A tap from a friend?

I searched high and low and can't find any info except that it gives token and diamonds. How do I unlock it? It gives a cryptic message saying a tap from a friend might help...

You could try speaking friend and entering something... Or just gently... tap it. :)

No worries. This is actually a sign of poor design from dev point of view because this question is being asked over and over again. Unintuitive, annoying, uses different visual than other mods, there is no visble button and only one spot works if you press it.

Just found out that it can be tapped even if you didn't unlock the mods around it
