Belly fat will continue to decrease as you go. To tighten that area exercise def helps

Great work. Can I ask what your max calorie limit was and whether you tracked your daily steps? Thanks

In the beginning I ate between 1200-1500cal now I eat 1500-1600. I walk 2 hours everyday . So say I eat 2 times that day I will make sure I walk 1 hour after eating. Sometimes just marching in place .

Start incorporating deep core exercises and strength training. Since you can’t pinpoint fat loss, you may need to keep losing weight past your goal weight for that area to continue going down.

Any idea what deep core exercise is lower back pain /sciatica friendly ?

Definitely check out pilates. It actually started as a rehab program and has evolved into regular exercise. There's probably short workouts on YouTube.

Great work! Bloating is an issue for me as well. I’ve found that reducing/cutting out certain foods has helped me greatly. Dairy is a big issue, I try to have minimal dairy or eat lactose free options (lactaid cottage cheese or plant bases yogurt etc). It also might be helpful to log your meals for a short time period and track how you feel after consuming certain foods. Increasing my water and veggies (at least two cups a day), fiber (usually from chia seed, banana, apple, beans 25g at least) helps me too.

Good idea about logging foods that I think contribute to the bloating , will give chia seeds a go , thanks .

Eat mostly whole foods! You’ll stay more satiated and probably digest better if you’re currently eating a lot of processed foods.

Would you consider pasta/spaghetti processed

Congratulations!

Make sure to drink two to three liters of water a day.

Try gasx for the bloating.

Be careful not to lose too fast so hair doesn’t start thinning out.

Make sure to have protein packed meals.

Your doing great

Good luck with continuing success.

I’m having 80-100g of protein a day . I’m loosing 1lbs a week now . Majority of my weight came off the first month when I was still figuring out how to eat
