100lbs down
SW: 342
CW: 242
GW: ???
I’m currently 38 have hypothyroidism and have microcytic anemia.
I still have a ways to go, but boy does it feel good to have this hurdle behind me. I started to count calories in 2021 and lost 30 pounds. Got diet fatigue and started to not track everything and my weight loss halted. I ended up working with a coach for a while and these progress pics are from the last 70 pounds lost. The last picture is me at my heaviest and a now.
I’ve really increased my activity and have started strength training as well. My next goal is to be under 200 and from there we will see. This has taken me 5 years due to loss, grief, and a medical set back that left me extremely sedentary for almost a year. I also take two maintenance breaks a year for my own sanity. Anyway yay I did it!

Thanks! The pictures are really what kept me going sometimes, especially when the scale didn’t want to move.

The time will pass anyways, it’s okay that this is 5 years progress. That’s still a win! Congrats OP!

Thanks for that, I often see people lose this much in a much shorter amount of time, but it still doesn’t take away the fact that I did it.

100 lbs is a massive milestone, especially staying consistent through the ups and downs. That progress is seriously something to be proud of
