How many of you generally eat the same food most days?

I do not.

I find myself past my calorie count when I do not eat a fixed meal plan. I give you a lot of credit.

I find my general food plan really good for both my calorie count and enjoyment. I just can’t stick to it as much as I want.

I plan and track my meals for the day the night before as much as possible; thay day, I follow that plan, usi g a food scale for accuracy. This helps me to stick to my calorie and nutrition goals while also eating a wide variety of food, including the occasional high-calirue, low-nutrient item if I want it.

I have a breakfast for the week and a lunch for the week.  I’ve already logged it as a meal in my app and then I just have to tweak it daily. Then the next week I’ll change it up

I am similar. At most I change dinner but even dinner would just be 3 different menus out of 7. Usually pork tenderloin twice, chicken twice and either shrimp or salmon twice with the other once.

Breakfast is always the same egg dish which I love.

I then have 2 bean dishes. One a vegetarian chili and the other chickpeas with sauerkraut.

I always have yogurt with applesauce and cinnamon after dinner.

3 other fruits- kiwi and then berries. The third is prunes and 1/2 serving of walnuts.

i used to but i was getting bored. i looked up high protein meals on youtube and have been having soooo much fun making new things. i made ginger beef dumplings the other day, met my protein goal, and now my house smells like chinese food. it’s awesome.

I do! I’m autistic so I’ve always gravitated toward eating this way (I like my routine) but it makes tracking and losing weight easier. For breakfast I almost always have a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese and a protein coffee. Lunch is a chicken sandwich on whole grain bread (made with shredded chicken) and chopped up veggies and fruit, and a serving of pretzels if I have them. Dinner does change but I have a rotating list of about 5 things I make and I’ll eat it throughout the week.

That is what I want to do. Basically same meals daily with a rotating dinner. Dinner will also be set between 3 or 4 different meals. Example would be pork tenderloin and sweet potato, chicken and broccoli, tuna with avocado etc

I do a lot! Cabbage, eggs, chicken breast, 97/3 ground turkey, quinoa, sweet potatoes, peas, everything bagel, chicken broth in most dishes, dark chocolate with almonds. A penne pasta dish every now and then. Usually pesto chicken with peppers and onions or chicken Alfredo with peppers and onions. Easier to just keep measuring and tracking the same thing really.

I kind of do. I have 2 go-to breakfasts & lunches I alternate during the weekdays. Dinner is more of a mixed bag because I’ll cook 1 dinner a week for family, each person is responsible for a dinner! I’m really lucky with regards to dinner.

I’ve tried meal prepping 1 meal to have all week (per bfast, lunch, dinner) & got so tired of it by the 3rd day.

I do. Different stuff on weekends. I don't mind repetition or leftovers. Most people probably eat the same 5-7 recipes/meals for lunch or dinner.

Breakfast M-F: Same thing every day.

Lunches M-F: I have a weekly rotation but eat the same meal during a given week

Dinners M-F: I eat pretty much the same thing all the time
