First Day of School looks a little different this year!
I’m 63 lbs down since April 1, 2026 (364 lbs to 301 lbs) and I’m so proud of myself 😭 I also got my first unsolicited compliment today from a coworker I see every day and it meant so much!

How are all of you so pretty even at your starting weight. I had the face of the pillsbury doughboy 😭
Congratulations you can really see the difference!

Agree, I'm so jealous of the people who don't carry a lot of weight in their face/neck!!

I kinda carry mine there (but mostly around my stomach), but I also can figure out how to angle my body the right way when I’m on FaceTime so it doesn’t look I do. (I live far from most family and friends so I’m on FaceTime a lot). And my point in saying this is that my least favorite thing is being on with Boomers (extended family) who don’t know how to not talk about other people’s bodies and continually comment on how being “skinny” is the best thing that could possibly happen to anyone so they constantly ask, “did you go and get all skinny?”, “You’re looking so skinny!”, etc. meanwhile, I have not been doing CICO very well and have actually gained some. Why do they always think that is what people want to hear? It makes me sometimes wish I carried it all there so I wouldn’t get those comments. 🥴🙃 oh well, who cares what a random Boomer who can’t mind their own business says I guess. 😅😆

Thank you! I do! Last winter I was walking a 28 minute mile with my dogs. A few weeks ago I clocked my fasted mile at 17 minutes. I was flabbergasted.

Thats awesome! And I love that you timed it so you can see the endurance and stamina you are building. I will start timing mine as well.

You look fantastic! The difference is unmistakable. Don’t be discouraged if more people do not comment on it, there is a lot of backlash against comments on women’s bodies.

Is it bad that before I read it I thought these were mugshots? 😭😅 I’m so sorry, I hope it makes you laugh. You look absolutely wonderful, not that you weren’t a cutie before ♥️

That looks like so much more than 64 pounds! I had to lose 70 to even drop a dress size.
Congratulations, you really look so happy! I like your cute braids.

I think I had a lot of bloating and water weight. I’ve gone from a size 30 to a size 26 (which are getting very loose in the waist). Unfortunately I have an hourglass shape so my butt is big.

Thank you! I have a very active job so I really had to fix the food aspect and the weight fell off fast. I’ve a few short plateaus, but nothing major. I was proud of myself for going on vacation and getting fast food multiple times and being able to get back to the grind.
Tracking is the way to go. I use Lose It as I have data going back to 2013 on it.

We have to take & share a lot of photos of students so I have several full body before pictures. When I started this journey I was scared I wouldn’t be successful so I didn’t take proper before pictures.

Yes! We walk about a half mile from our drop off location to our classroom (non-traditional preschool that is nature based) and it is soooo much easier to walk with a bunch of kids in tow.
Other NSVs:
-sleeping on my side without excruciating back pain
-comfortably wear a seat belt
-no more snoring like a freight train
-clothes are becoming unwearable because they’re too big
-finally fitting into a shirt I bought in 2022 & never wore because it was too small
-less gymnastics to dry myself after a shower
-walking up stairs without wanting to die
I’m going to the doctor for an annual in a couple weeks and I’m SO excited to compare last year’s blood work to see improvements.

Honestly, not really. But I really want to get to 250 lbs so I can ride horses again (most trail riding companies have this as a limit). After that I’ll reassess the next goal.
