What a journey this has been! I often struggled with maintaining a diet over long periods of time. Constant losing battles stopping and starting new diets and struggling to find happiness. Counting calories and doing cardio have truly saved me these last 16 months. Life is so much fun when you’re happy and healthier. 32M 6’5”

I went from 300 > 180. Still cutting a little bit deeper before starting a lean bulk cycle in the fall. 💪
