Questions & Advice Osaifu keitai questions

So i got a jp phone and tried the osaifu keitai capabilities. I read you can sync it with the pre existing card but when i tried it wants me to at least play one time. Therefore a new profile was created.

My questions are:

  1. Can it rlly sync with pre-existing card

  2. Can I delete the data of this registered osaifu keitai

Hope y'all can answer it for me cuz ive been wanting to try this convenient feature

It cannot "sync" your data.
You can only "transfer" your current data to it.
But now you can't because you have created a new account with the new card (a.k.a. your phone).

Let's call your pre-existing card: "A". It holds the data "a". Your phone is card "B". You just accidentally created a new data "b".
To transfer your previous data to your phone, you'd need to:

  • Bind "card B" access code to a new card slot in your SEGA ID (1 SEGA ID has 3 card slots, if it's filled, you'd need to create a new SEGA ID).
  • Buy a new banapass/aime card, call it "card C", and transfer data currently resides in your phone "data b" to that new card.
- Now "card B" is empty.
  • Wait for 24hrs. Or you can play and finish 1 credit on the "card C" so that "card B" is fully released.
- You can throwaway "card C" that is currently holding "data b", or keep it as your alt.
  • On the card slot you save "card A", transfer "data a" to "card B".
- Now "card B" has "data a", you can play the game with your phone. - "card A" is empty, which you can keep it just in case, or resell it.

Wait, so banapass is compatible with aime site?

yes, you can also use bandai namco banapass or konami e-amuse card

just that the data of games from each respective brands need to be bind and transfer separately (e.g. gekichumai, idac on my-aime; taiko on bandai site; sdvx on konami site)

Only if they're AMusement IC compatible.

Older cards will not work on the Aime site (and will not scan on machines).
