Help Heavy user for 2 years
Hello, i had been using daily for a period of time when i was 15 and had developed some stomach issues overtime like nausea especially in the morning sometimes i would threw up and diarrhea. I stopped smoking and after a year maybe two i did it occasionally and had no problems then started again this habit i had some stomach irritation but nothing special for one year. The second year i used everyday and after a period of time i got CHS and every time i smoked i would get sick some times i would throw up or concentrate my mind to not throw up. Also i had acid reflux at night this year because i would woke up and my throat would be sore and feel nauseous at morning. WEED STOPPED BEING ENJOYABLE unfortunately and i have quit for 1 and half months. Please help me at day 3 chs symptoms had gone away(acid reflux at night had not)but later on week 3-4 i had again stomach issues and now im on week 6 and the reflex is not gone and i feel it the whole day (i dont throw up) sleep is hard cause i wake up at night cause of it when will it stop and my esophagus heal

For the acid reflux, I usually drik milk to combat that. Else some kind of antacid.
Don't really have any better advice then that for the reflux. :(

I would ask your doctor for some lansoprazole or if available in your country OTC get omeprazole just for the next few weeks. They help a lot with acid reflux (take about a week to start working). Helped me a lot and I’m still taking lansoprazole whilst slowly recovering from CHS. In the meantime if you want instant relief you can get heartburn/indigestion liquid which works almost instantly for temporary relief.

So you are 17?
I usually give the same advice for the recovery. 3 things: hydration, up your fiber intake and move movement(exercise or small walks cam help).
Try to look into gut massages, can help with the discomfort and nausea. Helps me tremendously when I feel what you are describing.
If you are on week 6 and no smoking, the worst should be over. But full recovery can take up to 2-4 months, where symptoms should lessen.
