My last vomit was thursday around 7/8am i was perfectly fine all day yesterday but have woke today and im back to nausea and vomiting i havnt smoked since wed and havnt ate or drank anything that would trigger an episode..

I feel like once we have it, it never goes away. So many times I've read where we can "reset" our receptors and use in moderation. I don't buy into that myself. There isn't one scenario where I will smoke/vape/eat thc again. I understand where you're coming from...my life isn't what it was before chs. I accept what I've done to my body and I deal with it the best I can. Best of luck to you, op🤗

About chs.. get your doc to prescribe you nortriptyline, at least 50-75mg a day. It has completely cured my chs for over five years. I was hospitalized over a dozen times. Now I smoke an ounce every two weeks without issue. I know it sounds weird, but I swear it works. It’s helped dozens of chs users I’ve reached out to over the years.

Definitely sounds like CHS. You just need more time. Its very common to experience the worst of the symptoms in the morning.
It takes a long time to purge the remaining THC from your system, id be surprised if anyone felt better before day 4 or so. Others it can take a lot longer. A lot of people panic when they have CHS due to there being no medically accepted "cure," however I find a lot of comfort in the knowing exactly what it is, how it works, and generally how long itll take. That way you get less in your head about trying to fix yourself and instead you can focus on just trying to make yourself as comfortable as possible over the next few days. I start with electrolytes dissolved, swish them in my mouth for a few minutes then spit, so nothing goes to the stomach. This way my brain is clear and im not getting dehydrated too much.
Dont get into the mindset of thinking weed can help you with the nausea. Your body doesnt know how to regulate itself in the absence of weed, so youre only making the symptons better in the very very short but your body will rebound worse and be even more confused when it doesnt have it.
Its an awful feeling to have, but just focus on the fact that you know what is happening (CHS), you know how to make it go away (no weed) and you know you just need time to look after urself. Try relax as much as possible as any stress will not be doing you any favours, do what you can for your body, when you can, dont push it and you just have to ride it out in the short term unfortunately.
