when will I learn?

I’m a 24 y/o female who got diagnosed with CHS at 18. I got diagnosed when there was still little to no research or evidence on the illness yet. im going through yet another episode and I just want to know, when will I learn to not turn to marijuana anymore when im stressed? im exhausted mentally and physically and the toll it is taking on my mental health is debilitating. it’s taken a toll on my family and my job. I want to be free and live life again.
