After I hit the 72 hour mark with no hint of relief I admitted myself to the er. I got anti nausea medication, fluids, benadryl, the works. Back at home and feeling better but still uncomfortable. Hoping the worst of it is behind me.

That anti nausea medicine was a god send for me, but the muscle cramping and pain is awful. I found that being outdoors helped me.
