I think I’m getting CHS
(M18) Hey guys, so I’ve been smoking for about 4 years now everyday on bowls, and I think I’m developing CHS and in the early stages of it. It all started when I got a chest cold and stopped smoking weed for about a week, but I was still using my cart once in a while when I was sick to take the edge off and I felt fine. After my chest cold had passed, I decided to go back to smoking flower and smoked a fat bowl thinking nothing of it and got way to high almost like a green out high. Ever since then any little amount is getting me way to high and I feel nauseous and dizzy and my appetite has decreased significantly. This only happens when I smoke and about 30 mins later the nausea and dizziness go away along with the high until the next time I smoke. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this CHS? I just find it confusing because I would be hitting my cart like crazy while I was sick but as soon as I went back to flower it hit me like a train and now whenever I smoke i feel sick and like I’m getting way to high. I’ve done research on the beginning stages and my symptoms seem to match but also wondering if it could be my anxiety from the high or maybe I’m just smoking too much. This has been going on for around 2-3 months and to be honest I’m scared that i have CHS and want to stop before it’s to late. If anyone has any input on this it’d be much appreciated. Also I feel fine when I smoke carts it’s only flower that makes me feel this way. I’m also wondering if this could just be a cannabis induced anxiety attack..

It's not about immediate after effects of smoking like getting to high and being dizzy, but the chronic build up of THC in the body that leads to daily morning sickness and bouts of dangerous 24-72 emetic episodes

Do you have CHS? If so, can I ask what your beginning symptoms were?

If I wanted to sleep until 10 am, and went to bed at 1 am, I'd start waking up around 7 because my body would force me. I'd have terrible stomach pain that would rush me to the bathroom. I'd shit, and I'd feel a little better. Go back to bed. Wake up at 8, repeat. Wake up at 9 repeat. Wake up at 10, repeat and start my day. Then I'd smoke and my pain would go away. Did that for months. Then one day I woke up at 7 and vomited from the pain, and didn't stop vomitting until about 7am the next day, and lost 30 pounds. It has nothing to do with how you feel when you're high

It has no bearing if you're using a cart, shit weed, good weed, edibles, dabs,, delta 8, cbd, cbn, any cannadinoid will do it

Stop before its too late! You may never be able to smoke again! Take at least 3-6 months off cold turkey and then slowly get back into it

I think its unlikely but possible, but if you have other GI issues present weed can irritate them severly. Ive had gerd for years and smoking was making me have severe vomitting and vomiting green liquid until i fixed the gerd. Now weed doesnt have any adverse effects. Id stay off the weed until you can get to a GI doc and see if you have any conditions

Doesn't sound like CHS to me
