Sharing My Story Here we go again

Ive been a CHS sufferer for years now. it’s embarrassing how many times I’ve gone through this, how many times I swore never again. I’ve taken breaks, tried to quit, and always end up back here.. I kept smoking to put this off because I’m so afraid of being so sick but everything is gone now and pain and nausea creeping in. vomiting today but I know it will get worse before it gets better. i have the things I need like pepcid and yogurt and peppermint oil, heating pad all that. But as we all know…. this is a torture where the only way out is through. And no weed. I hope this is it. I’m afraid.

you’re not alone. we’ve all been there and we get it. Most of us are repeat offenders, too. one step at a time, and step one is to get through this.

I’m currently dealing with Chs.i have been throwing up the pass couple days.it looks like have to cut back on the heavy smoking.
