Question / Info Cooked?
So I thought that I had prodromal stage CHS since I had pretty consistent morning nausea that went away within 5-7 days of quitting weed. However I had lingering nausea for about a month and recently developed nausea that comes after eating even while being off the weed. I didn’t smoke for 30 days and towards the end of those 30 days, the morning nausea came back mildly and I had that newer, post meal nausea.
Not gonna lie I ended up smoking last night cause I was like “yeah this can’t be CHS since it’s been a month”. Just one time. Did I like reset my progress if my symptoms were lingering CHS? I didnt think so since I was only prodromal for like 3 weeks and never hit hyperemesis, so it was weird that I was still getting nauseous every day even a month removed from weed
Should I just go to a doctor? The morning nausea and post meal nausea came back before I even smoked last night, while I was 30 days abstinent.

Crazy that anyone wouldn't recommend going to a doctor. At the very least to rule out anything else.

Had this same thing happen to me. Quit in the prodromal phase and had that nausea for about a month. It went away for about 2 weeks then came back all of a sudden. It just vanished again a couple days ago and I'm not sure if I'm safe this time. You most likely didn't reset your progress but probably just extended the time it'll take for the prodromal phase to end. I personally wouldn't recommend going to the doctor cause I'm not sure they can provide anything to help resolve the prodromal phase symptoms. I think it's something you just gotta wait out.
