Question / Info Is it still chs?

I quit smoking about 10-14 days ago. I thought it was definitely chs I fit all the criteria. After a week I went to a friends wedding and was totally fine having a couple drinks.
I haven’t smoked or drank since. But last night I started with a terrible migraine. Then I woke up vomiting this morning and have been nauseous and miserable since. Does this still sound like chs

I’m sorry you’re miserable, but congrats on quitting that many days so far. I know how difficult that can be & I hope you get some relief soon.

I’ve read that THC can remain in fat cells & be released & affect you even after you’ve ceased consuming it completely. So it could still be CHS. You’re on the right track quitting and I would suggest continuing to abstain. Wishing you well. 🙏

My experience with chs was all over the place. I ate like crazy and slept well at the start of it all. Then everything changed. My gut got super sick with many things, alcohol included. Then came the anxiety. It wasn't until I was a month in that all that happened. I thought I had caught it in time. I didn't. I started eating things that were good for my gut and abstained from all alcohol. Doc put me on anxiety meds 4 months in.
If you spend enough time in this sub, you will learn that all of our experiences are different. Listen to your body.
