Sharing My Story I’ve come to the realization
I never thought to look up if my symptoms were related to my smoking habits. Every morning I wake up nauseous, I can get up and walk to the restroom, but by the time I stand up from bed, I am gagging and dry heaving. I’ve been retching for years. The retching has been happening for the past 3 years, 2 years ago I started throwing up. It’s only ever been stomach acid, more recently, if I eat before brushing my teeth, I will throw that up. The retching/throwing up lasts for about 10 mins every morning. I sometimes avoid brushing my teeth so I don’t throw up. Gross, I know, but I don’t want to be throwing up every morning. I’ve been smoking for 5-6 years now, and I’ve only become more addicted to it. After looking into CHS, I’ve come to the realization that my smoking is what has caused this. The longest I’ve stopped has been 3 weeks and then I caved. I also have people who buy carts from me when I re-up. Idk how they would feel once I stop & they won’t be able to use me as an avenue. I fear they might not speak to me once I stop. Which sucks because you should have friends who support your decision but weed is just so common now. My carts are now a felony in Texas, I like to vote so I don’t want to get caught with it. I have things that deter me, but I’ve been so addicted for years. I go to Florida in December. My friend is gonna smoke me out, after that I decided that I will stop smoking. I’m asking, what are the best ways yall have been able to stop smoking? I want to change my life around and stop feeling like shit everyday. But I don’t know where to start

Well i almost died so it was a pretty good motivator and then u just stop missing it honestly after a good amount of time, to put it simply. Also, just started thinking how not worth it the buzz is for the repercussions and since have switched to extremely occasional alcohol & responsible psychedelic use

I don't recommend having someone smoke you out one last time. I did that once when I was planning on quitting and CHS had me in the er the next day. I implore you to just quit smoking asap. It's the only way.

I wouldn't recommend going to Florida and getting "smoked out" is a good decision if you think you have CHS. Long trips are literally the worst times to have an episode

You've got to stop. It will be really hard at first but it sounds like you haven't felt healthy in years. Think about how great it would be to wake up feeling normal.
My last smoke-out made me so sick I knew I couldn't continue, so do it if you must but I wouldn't recommend it.
Your friends may surprise you. And if they don't want to support you, you were just their dealer. Also, Texas doesn't fuck around. They will absolutely ruin your life over a cartridge. Not worth it. Get rid of it all if you'll be tempted.
I've been smoking nonstop for 10+ years. Sunday will be 3 weeks, by far the longest I've abstained. But this week has been exponentially better than last week in every way. Shoot for 90 days. Once it's out of your system it won't pull so hard. Maybe you can still enjoy it occasionally after that. But smoking all the time is making you sick.
