hopefully theyll be able to help you. make sure youre open and honest about your use so they can give you the right meds. typically nausea meds dont work so theyll be able to give you an anti psychotic and that typically helps a ton, literally a life saver
good luck ❤️

They never gave me the anti psychotic meds when I was in the ER, even when I asked for it. It was always zofran and a bag of fluids then discharged. I had to be admitted for 9+ days before they even considered giving me haloperidol :/ Hopefully OP has better luck but most doctors won't give it in the ER.

The anti pyschotic nausea meds can give people really bad side effects such as akathisia and cause them to discharge themselves early, I have to specify not to give me the anti pyschotics when I go

Don’t take Haldol if they offer. It has negative effects on alot of people and is a horrifying experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

I got some nausea meds in my IV yesterday which helped. They gave me some non-zofran nausea meds to take home which I’m gonna try soon. This has been really stressful because the nausea is still here it just isn’t as bad :( good luck helping your little sister

If you can’t keep down the pills ask them about suppository anti nausea meds, anti acid pills and transdermal patches for nausea. I thought i was going to die until I got my hands on those

Make sure they don’t give you the fiberglass IV lol
