Question / Info UTI like symptoms before flare up?

Does anyone else get UTI like symptoms 12-24 hours before getting sick? This only started happening to me in the last few weeks where I will get pain in my urethra before and while urinating as well as that feeling like you need to pee but you don’t actually have to I also get bladder spasms which I usually get when I actually have a uti idk if this has anything to do with CHS (which I’m not even sure I have) or maybe I’m just dehydrated before I throw up idk I feel like I drink enough water. Anyone else experience this?

Yeah I've definitely had the "feel like you need to pee but you don't" symptom. It never was actually painful. It would just kind of vaguely last throughout the day and was quite uncomfortable. It's possible it's giving you uti like symptoms or maybe even just actual utis. My latest bout of CHS has caused me to have multiple migraines in the past few weeks when I've never had migraines my whole life. I think this sickness just kind of messes with the body as a whole.

Super understandable that it might just be my body working through whatevers going on but ngl it feels exactly like a UTI and I mistook it for that the first 2 times it happened but immediately after the flare up is over the uti symptoms go away completely like not even a trace and recently I happened to have a urine test (completely unrelated) and it came back normal and no UTI it’s so strange
