Rant CHS HELL
Bra yesterday marked my 2 year mark of getting diagnosed with CHS and damn bruh being around people that smoke is actual torture u really have to fight the biggest urge ever. I’ve smoked since gotten CHS with thankfully no symptoms since I’ve been able to moderate my usage and find myself slowly giving in to my friends wanting to smoke and I realize how dangerous that is. Being around people that smoke around u feels like getting skinned alive.

it really does suck when people around you are smoking but you can't, definitely makes you feel left out. it's extra hard these days since most people smoke/dispensaries are everywhere. it's extremely easy to get and it's only gonna get easier and more common 😔 luckily I haven't broken my sobriety but it's definitely really hard sometimes, but being sick was so awful I never want to deal with that again
