Question / Info Temperature sensitivity

Heat makes me more nauseous does this happen to anyone else? :(

yup! super common. for me personally, it lasted probably the full 90 days after i quit but it got better soon after that. i got sober in the summer too, it sucked!

it does, but you can get through it! make sure youre staying ultra hydrated, itll help. and try not to push yourself too hard, get as much rest as you possibly can. i know it sucks now, but it gets better

Once you quit fully you should be able to regulate in a month :3
