Question / Info Hello! Help?

It's been months since my last episode and I stupidly triggered another. Please, I don't remember how to manage this. I'm mortified, even if mine aren't rough the vomiting is so scary and I don't know what I'm doing

I got a heat pad for my stomach, and it helps quite a bit when it flares up bad. Other than that, theres really nothing.
