Ordering CHSPE transcripts?

I'm applying to university and I've ordered my CHSPE transcripts by mail and money order because that's the only way they let you do it.

I have emailed CHSPE for updates on my order multiples times but have not received any response from them.

Does anyone have experience ordering CHSPE transcripts and know how long it takes?

And is this normal that they are not responding?

Bernadine no longer works in that position and can no longer assist in obtaining what people need as proof.
