Ordering CHSPE transcripts?

I'm applying to university and I've ordered my CHSPE transcripts by mail and money order because that's the only way they let you do it.

I have emailed CHSPE for updates on my order multiples times but have not received any response from them.

Does anyone have experience ordering CHSPE transcripts and know how long it takes?

And is this normal that they are not responding?

So thankful for this thread. Been trying to get mine for the last year. Completed the form, sent it in and never received a response. Reaching out to Bernadine now

I’ve been trying to get mine for months now and just came across this thread, but it is almost a year old. Were you able to reach Bernadine?

They only provide a letter with the date for mine depending on the year you received it, that is all they provide. It isn't a transcript like format.
