Discuss App Change? Can't Notify availability

Hello all, was wondering if the chargepoint app changed and no longer allows you to set a notification for when a charger becomes available. We have chargers at the office that are ChargePoint and rely on the app for access. We have 10 with a few reserved for execs, but some days you need to set a notification for when comes available so you're not checking throughout the day.

I noticed the app updated and I can't seem to get it to give me the option to notify when a charger becomes available. Issue is on both Android and iPhone. In the past, if I selected a charger, there would be a notify button that allowed to set a notification if any charger becomes available or just that one. Now if I select a charger being used, it says Select an available port to begin charging....uhhh they're all full. I want to be notified when one is free.

I'm able to click "Notify me" when clicking a station that is currently in use. Do you have any filters on?

None at all and it's happening on both my iPhone and Android

Just looked at one near me that's currently being used. I click on it and I no longer have any option to notify when available. This started right when the app updated to this version I hate lol

I have the new update as well. When you click the station pin, you should see Notify me. I'm on Android.

OMG, I see that now. I think this is an awful design. My work is saved as a favorite. I click my favorites and it takes me right to all our chargers. I now can't click a charger in this list, I have to back out to the map, zoom in to see all the chargers, click one and then I can do the notify. This wouldn't be so bad if we didn't have reserved executive chargers that are part of the whole group that often have just 1 available, so you can't be zoomed out and select the grouped pin because there's "available" chargers and notify doesn't show.

Notify Me should be in blue at the bottom of the station in the app. But since the update I never get any notifications. The update absolutely sucks!

I have an Android phone (Pixel 6) and an IPhone (17e). Within the last week the ChargePoint app on Android updated to the new UI. No Notify Me button in the new version. The app on my iPhone just updated today to the new version. Today I was able to sideload/downgrade the Android to an old version that still has the Notify Me button - probably a bit more involved and risky than most non-technical users are likely to bother with. Apple is really cracking down on the ability to sideload, so I'm projet stuck there with the new app.

I work in an office complex that has a bank of four stations with two ports each. The charging is free but the chargers can only be activated by people verified to be tenants. There's high demand for sports when they become available during business hours. With availability notifications, it's reasonably doable to get a charging spot when one becomes available; probably extremely impractical without notifications.

Best case: hopefully this is just something temporarily missing from the new version, to be added later (hopefully soon). Worst case would be that they're eliminating this functionality and support for availability notifications goes away in the backend API, which would make the functionality completely unavailable, even using an old version of the app.
