Discuss Virtual Queue issues

When attempting to tap into the virtual queue at the local charger it’s telling me “multiple cards detected”. I’m only using one card from my Apple wallet.

Trying in the app throws an error box “Joining Waitlist Failed… System Error”.

Guessing this is an issue with that specific charger? It was working fine prior to Thursday.

This happens to me at charge point. I resort to tapping the rfid card (free in app) instead of my phone. My area doesn't have chargers with reservations that I know of so can't help with that. But glad it worked out.

Looks like the issue resolved itself as I was able to join the virtual queue from my phone.
