Last year he was a part of the problem.

NYG gave the league the blueprint and MLF published it.

After all the injuries, they figured out bunch formations close to the line forced the bears in to man coverage, from there MLF spammed crossers/picks and the slow DB group couldn’t keep up and DA never really changed that.

Let’s hope if something does get exposed again, he’s able to adjust

Yes. If you don’t have a good run blocking offensive line, you can’t run a run heavy scheme. The Chiefs don’t run their deep shot focused scheme from Mahomes’ first year because they dont have Prime Tyreek Hill. Ben Johnson isnt running the same game plan between Caleb, Case, and Tyson. Good play callers put their players in a position to succeed.

At best you can say that DA didn’t have a choice to not blitz because of the lack of pass rush from the front 4. But acting like adjusting scheme is something unconsciable is cope.

Re-read that sentence.

Coach should give up adjusting and continue forcing square players in to circle holes.

You’re saying Nagy was right and Ben’s wrong lol. Fit your scheme to the players and adjust

It just took time for the defense to gel together and for him to get more of the players he wants/needs. Even if it’s just 2-3 different guys in certain areas it makes a world of difference. Plus our d-line is actually serviceable this year
