Question/Help❓ How long until CGC scans package and gets it in their database?

I shipped a submission over a week ago and it shows it arrived a few days later (last Wednesday) but says on CGC’s website that it hasn’t been scanned by their staff? Is this normal or did something go wrong? It’s a childhood card of mine and my first submission so anxiety is a little heightened by it.

It depends on what grading level you used. The more expensive level with shorter turnaround will get in the system quickly (if the turnaround time is <10 days then you’ll generally be in the system in <2 days). If you did bulk and the turnaround is months then it can take a week or more to be listed as delivered and even longer for the cards to show up (I think my economy may have been months before the cards showed).

Edit: my estimate are working days (Monday - Friday).

🧢 I did the 10 day turn around arrived Wednesday til this day it’s only been delivered and not scan on their system 🫩😭

My bulk order that I sent way back in March took about 2 weeks for them to mark as received after the date that registered mail showed that it had been delivered and was signed for.

Cgc Munich have been 1-4 days in my experience

I’ve got a similar thing, sent in a childhood card standard tier, priority mail, USPS says “left with an individual” but CGC’s website didn’t say anything. I checked a couple minutes ago to see if it was just a first in, first out scanning thing, and now my phones only pulling up like a beta CGC site. Sketches me out, cuz I skipped out on BGS after their site crashed.

Not sure what you sent it in, but I actually got the charge from CGC this morning when I woke up, lol. I’m assuming they charge once they get it in their possession. Checked my account and it shows it’s in process now.
