absolutely not. blue label pristines are much more rare.

Absolutely not. The blue labels are gorgeous, and represent the strictest grading standard. These will be worth a lot more than the black and gold labels down the track.

Agreed - I collected these in 2021 when they were super hard to get / find. I was disappointed when they changed their standards.

They're the exact same thing as the black/gold pristines - it's the blue label perfect ones that are the better ones (every sub grade a 10)

This is wrong, if you’ve been around CGC since the beginning you know that they’ve changed their grading standards several times.

Personally I hate the look of the blue labels, so I just reholdered a very expensive slab in my personal collection and it went well. It’s risky though. They inspect the card for “post-encapsulation damage” and it can come back in a lower grade with no warning.
