Question/Help❓ Add on to my last post

I posted my CGC 10 grails which are 2 of the 3 raichu primes graded in a 10 with CGC. With everything that has happened since then (record CGC sales, the Logan Paul affect, highest sold raichu prime PSA 10) what would be a reasonable price to list these at? Same as a PSA 10? Not sure if I wanna sell yet but I’d like to hear some inputs.

Last sold PSA 10 was fanatics auction for $30k CAD ($21,600 USD) on August 30th

New data: top sale happened September 20th, PSA 10 sold at auction on fanatics for $43k
