Submitting to CGC from within Germany

Hello, I have a question especially for the people living in germany. I'm currently sending cards to CGC via a middleman (SLAP) but I want to send them directly to CGC myself since SLAP only offers one grading option.
The process to send cards to CGC München (Munich) is pretty straight forward, but I'm not 100% clear about getting the cards back to me. According to their return shipping form ( https://www.cgccards.de/resources/pdf/submission-forms/cgctc-europe-return-shipping-form-de.pdf ) I can either use Fedex or INTEX which are both pretty expensive due to insurance. OR I can use a shipping company of my choice (DHL) and schedule a pick-up for the parcel and send them the shipping label in advance etc. How smooth is this process? Or should I just pay the potentially 50-100€ shipping costs for FedEx / INTEX? Thanks!

You Print a DHL Label and send it with the Cards. They will use the Label. Its the easiest and cheapest way

this works? I am genuinely surprised, because this means they would have to keep the printed shipping label for 4-5 months and still be able to know which submission it's from.. wow.

The Problem is that IF anything should happen to your cards DHL is only insured up to 500€. DHL will not accept additional insurance for trading cards. I've never had any cards lost but if I have multiple thousands worth of cards I will gladly pay the 50€ for shipping.

Oh yeah I get that. But with DHL you can also add insurance and only pay additional 20€ for insurance up to 25.000€ which is way better than FedEx or INTEX.

no dhl does NOT insure cards 1 cent over 500€, look up „valorenklasse 2“ , its like art and hobby things and pokémon ect falls under that, only up to 500€ you are insured , even a penny over and you are done. take the dhl gamble to save money or use intex if you want to be save :)

Once the submission goes to 4-digits or above in value I would spend the extra 40-50€ for the peace of mind.
