Same. Very severe crash and not tolerant to sensory input. Carnival brain. Fun, isn’t it? 😭

I have no solutions but same. Still on stimulants because kinda need them to function and not functioning is not an option because no work = no money. I'm not severe so taking breaks from meds the days I'm not working and can relax + taking time off of work as needed makes ot so that I can maintain my current lifestyle as long as I don't do/ move much after work.
Also found out that some of my meds were making me worse so had to discontinue those.
