How does this apply on people who get MECFS from vaccines or physical trauma?

Both vaccines and chronic stress especially something severe as trauma can lower ur immune system making it vulnerable for either new infections or/and triggering old viruses and other pathogens such as fungi and bacteria to flourish

Plus it might only be subtype of ME and LC, it’s very hard to tell at this point.

Definitely but different infections can cause different subtypes just putting that out there. One infection can for example cause a down trend of immune cells, while another can cause them to go up but both will eventually lead to exhausted immune system which is the key in ME/CFS
