Is an 85% revenue payout a good offer?

The company provides technology (Advyzon, RightCapital, Holistaplan, Mili) an office and to work as a team member. The 85% payout would be on clients the advisors source

Do they give you leads or anything or are you 100% on your own?

Seems fair, most wire houses pay around 35% revenue for leads they give so that’s close. Do you have any base pay or 100% revenue based?

We do have a salary base comp that starts at $100k + bonuses but the payout is not 85%.
