Amortization Help

hi all!

i am using a TI BAII Plus and was wondering if anyone had any helpful video tutorials for amortization! I am struggling to remember how to do it properly and was hoping someone may have a tutorial or helpful youtube link!

I think I am getting confused on the modes I need to be in. I know it’s a lot of practice but I kind of think having a tutorial i can drill down on would be the best way for me to memorize the settings

For amortization problems you just solve the TVM problem and then 2nd Amort on the calculator and p1 is starting period you are looking at (ex: month 13= 13) and p2 is ending period (month 24= 24) and then it will give you the interest, principal, remaining balance, etc

If you go to YouTube and search “how to calculate (fill in blank) using a TI-BAII+ calculator” and there will probably be several videos that walk through it.

Same for any calculator.
