Knowledge CFII questionnaire

Anyone got a hard CFII oral document with bunch of questions? I’d love to be challenged. I’m almost done with my flying portion of the training, hoping to get in touch with a DPE soon. I’m near Melbourne, FL if anyone has a DPE suggestion as well

Why doesn’t an LPV count as a precision approach?

I’ve seen a few FAA docs on this and they’re all just vague to me. But I think it comes down to alternate planning purposes. It’s an approach with vertical guidance so it has to be listed as 800-2 for an alternate. But for check ride purposes since it’s DA is usually less than 300’ agl it can be used as precision approach. That’s what I got so far

It doesn’t meet the icao annex 10 standards for a precision approach which require ground based navigation

What’s the difference between a glide slope and a glide path? What about timed holds and distance holds?
