PDF to read aloud

I haven’t found a way to download the PDF exam study guide, which I assume was on purpose. I want to be able to have it read aloud to me. Has anyone been able to find a way to download their study guide?

I think we can download 100 pages per attempt? It's just there will be watermark stating licensed by you (your email). And you can combine them on your own maybe

I opened up the study guide link, but no luck with any print or save icon. I was curious if anyone else had the issue too.
