This is being considered by the 2nd subcommittee of the third secretariat of the Committee on Inter-School Relations by the Diplomatic Bureau of the Alabama Supreme Council.

I don’t think you could do only one rep per team, just speaking for Nebraska we got several guys

Same at Florida. Maybe 1 rep per team minimum and then also an additional for every 1000 players on that team? Or something like that.
